Cyclops
Cyclops' mutation caused his eye cells to create a mirror-like coating on his retina. It also slightly narrowed and lengthened the shape of his eye to cause an increase of light agitation as it is reflected back out of his eyes, just like the technology used to power lasers. He wears sunglasses to lessen the amount of light to reach the mirror coated retina, therefore lessening the amount of agitated light going out of his eyes. Also, the sunglasses block the rest of the agitated light leaving his eyes.
